She has appeared in many leading cases interpreting the Extradition Act 2003 before the Divisional Court and in cases raising points of general public importance referred to the Supreme Court.  She represents individuals facing criminal charges in the UK, EU and in many other countries, often involving significant political, human rights or health complexities and in high-value fraud or trafficking cases.
