Career
Richard’s practice comprises public law children work, acting on behalf of children, local authorities, parents and other family members. He regularly appears in cases involving serious allegations of harm and abuse and other complex fact-finding matters.
Richard represents parents and children in complex private law children work with an emphasis on international cases including both Hague and non-Hague abduction matters. Richard also advises and acts for applicants and respondents in Children Act 1989 proceedings arising out of Article 21 applications.
