Career
Kayleigh Jefferies is the Lead Clerk for the Civil & Public Law Team at 30 Park Place Barristers’ Chambers.
In addition to her clerking responsibilities, Kayleigh is Chair of the IT Committee for the Institute of Barristers’ Clerks (IBC), IT and Data Protection Lead for chambers, a member of the Bar Council IT Panel, and part of the LPMA IT Network Core Team.
Kayleigh brings a forward-thinking approach to legal administration, with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and data governance. She led the implementation of the LOCS:23 certification, contributing to chambers being awarded Legal Services Transformation of the Year at the Legal News Wales Awards 2025, and was personally recognised with the Legal Sector Changemaker Award in 2026 for her wider impact on the profession.
Before joining 30 Park Place in September 2010, she spent five years at St John’s Chambers in Bristol, building a strong foundation in clerking and professional excellence.
