R v MW [2026] - MW faced an indictment of four counts: controlling or coercive behaviour, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, theft, and property damage. MW was unanimously acquitted on all counts, save the property damage. R v KO [2025] - KO was convicted of assault of an emergency worker following admissions made in cross-examination. R v JM [2025] - JM was convicted of assault by beating in a domestic violence case involving a vulnerable complainant.Memberships
