Catherine practices in childcare law with a particular emphasis on public law children proceedings. She advises and represents local authorities, parents and children and is often instructed in care proceedings involving very serious allegations of sexual abuse, non-accidental injury or death of a parent or child. Catherine is also involved in complex forced marriage cases and cases involving the deprivation of a child’s liberty.
