Kiril Waite is a highly regarded senior junior barrister with over 25 years’ experience at the Common Law Bar. He acts for both claimants and defendants and is instructed regularly by leading solicitors, insurers, corporate entities, and public authorities.

He specialises in large loss and technical claims and is experienced in catastrophic injuries and Fatal Accident Act claims, civil and counter-fraud, and data protection and privacy litigation. He is regularly instructed on behalf of national and international insurance companies to handle complex and large loss claims in both personal injury and general insurance, including professional indemnity.

Kiril serves as as a Trustee of The Inns of Court and the Bar Educational Trust (nominated by the Bar Council).
