Michael Uberoi KC is a leading commercial / chancery and regulatory barrister. He has particular expertise in contentious trust law (in relation to both pension schemes and other commercial trusts), commercial disputes involving the financial services sector, and financial services regulation (Michael is also ranked in the directories as a leading barrister in fintech regulation).
