Career

Sophia Rogers has a busy chancery practice specialising in private client. She is recognised as a leading junior in her field having been shortlisted for the “Star Junior” award at the Chambers and Partners HNW 2019 Awards and the “Chancery Junior of the Year” award at the Legal 500 Bar Awards in 2022 and 2024.

Sophia is an experienced advocate in the High Court, County Court and at appellate hearings.  She recently acted in the landmark Supreme Court case Hirachand v Hirachand [2024] UKSC 43 concerning claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Sophia is also experienced in offshore trust and estate matters including in the Channel Islands and Caribbean.
