Geoffrey specialises in complicated and difficult financial remedy cases, including those involving pre-nuptial agreements, offshore trusts, complex businesses and, more recently, conduct.
He is also a leading FDR tribunal having conducted more than 120 private FDRs/early neutral evaluations.
He has appeared in a number of key cases on pre-nuptial agreements, (Radmacher), non-matrimonial assets (K v L and Jones), special contribution (Cooper-Hohn) and conduct (N v J).
