Josephine practices in public law and human rights, public international law, commercial law, employment and discrimination law, data and information law, and sports law.

Called 2024. Josephine was a Judicial Assistant to Lord Lloyd-Jones at the Supreme Court and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council between 2025 and 2026. Before coming to the Bar, she worked in international arbitration at Freshfields, WilmerHale, and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). She also worked at the International Law Commission (ILC) of the United Nations.
