Position

Faye Rolfe is a determined advocate with an eye for detail. She has a busy practice across the range of Chambers’ practice areas, both defending and prosecuting. Faye is regularly instructed in trials for offences of dishonesty, Serious ViolenceDrugs OffencesSexual OffencesRoad Traffic OffencesFraud and contested Restraint, Civil Recovery & Confiscation proceedings, and cases brought by the Insolvency Service.

Faye prosecutes on behalf of the CPS as a Grade 3 panel advocate in General Crime, Serious & Organised Crime and at Grade 2 in Fraud. When defending Faye noted for her tenacity and generous client care.

Faye welcomes instructions across the spectrum of work. She would be particularly well suited to cases of a technical nature or requiring quick mastery of technical information given her background in science.

Faye’s current & recent caseload includes the following:
• Prosecution junior in a multi-handed fraud and money laundering trial
• Defending those accused of sexual offending including child sex offences, voyeurism, rape and sexual assault
• Prosecution junior in a historic sexual offences case involving 4 complainants
• Defence in a case of serious facial wounding of a teenage girl
• Prosecution junior in a conspiracy to import wholesale volumes of drugs
• Defending in a conspiracy to facilitate illegal immigration
• Prosecuting an Encrochat drugs conspiracy involving conspiracy to commit GBH against an associate.

Faye is an active member of the Bar, giving her time as a committee member to both the Young Fraud Lawyers Association and the South Eastern Circuit.
