Brian Griffiths’s practice specialises almost exclusively in the fields of personal injury, specialising in occupational disease.

This is split between Claimant and Defendant instructions.  He has a very busy Court practice.  He is known to have a reassuring manner that assists in easing clients in the stressful implications of litigation.  He is a highly effective in cross-examination and his understanding of detail allows a focused approach.
