Family Law

Victoria Miller’s practice is primarily focused on private family law disputes, and she is a specialist in matrimonial finance and those cases with jurisdiction complications and where there are offshore assets. She also specialises in private law children matters and is often instructed in respect of both the financial arrangements and child arrangements on relationship breakdown.
