Position

From 2010 to 2012, Victoria was lawyer to the Head of International Family Justice advising judges in relation to complex issues of jurisdiction and the international movement of children, contributing to the redrafting of practice guides and protocols in The Hague and a member of the EU mediation working group in Brussels.

Victoria’s practice covers Children Act cases and financial remedies (her principal area of practice) and specialises in cases involving trusts and companies.

Victoria was an editor of Clerk Hall & Morrison on Practice and Procedure, a founding board member of Women in Family Law, and served on the FLBA Committee and her Chambers Management Committee.

Victoria returned to work fulltime in 2024 following the birth of her daughter in 2023. She is a single mother and works around her childcare commitments.
