Nick is an experienced and fearless barrister who brings astute tactical acumen and polished advocacy to the most serious criminal cases. He is versatile, and can adapt to whatever circumstances the case demands.

He has for many years now acted as junior alone or leading junior in heavyweight criminal cases, including for defendants charged with conspiracy to murder, attempted murder, high-level and complex fraud cases, Very High Cost Cases (VHCC), serious organised crime and industrial-level importations of class A drugs.

He is as comfortable making submissions before the Court of Appeal as he is before juries where his speeches have been described as compelling and his cross examination ‘first class’.
