Aristide Hoang-Brown has a mixed practice in family, public law (including Court of Protection), civil, housing and property law.
- His family law practice encompasses domestic violence injunctions, public and private Children Act proceedings and financial remedy. He has been instructed in proceedings concerning international relocation and exceptional circumstances under s.9(7) Children Act 1989.
- Aristide's Court of Protection work covers all CoP matters, including proceedings under s.16 and s.21A of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- He has a growing practice in education law, appearing in hearings in the First-tier Tribunal (Special Educational Needs and Disability). Aristide accepts instructions from local authorities and appellant parents.
