Nick Roxborough specialises in Criminal Law. He has built a busy practice in crime prosecuting and defending cases on both a private and legal aid basis in the Crown Court.

He regularly deals with cases ranging from serious violence and robbery to drug trafficking and conspiracy. He has represented defendants in serious cases including high volume drug trafficking and has secured acquittals in matters involving fraud, serious violence and workplace sexual assault.

Nick Roxborough has been successful on numerous occasions in having matters dismissed before and during trial on technical issues. He is well versed in driving matters and has successfully argued against driving disqualifications in many cases.
