Jack is an established Barrister with a broad and high-level common law practice covering personal injury, clinical negligence, inquests, employment, data breaches and costs. He maintains a busy nationwide practice and is instructed in complex, high-value and sensitive matters.
In personal injury, Jack acts across the full spectrum of claims, including employers’ liability, occupiers’ liability, road traffic accidents, fatal accidents, and cases involving highly complex or disputed medical evidence. He is regularly instructed by both claimants and defendants, and appears in multi-track trials, quantum assessments, and a wide range of interim applications.
Jack has extensive experience in coronial proceedings, including Article 2 and jury inquests, particularly in cases arising from medical or hospital deaths, accidents at work, and road traffic incidents. His measured, empathetic advocacy makes him a trusted choice for bereaved families, public bodies, NHS Trusts, and insurers.
His costs practice encompasses detailed assessments, budgeting, and complex technical disputes.
In employment law, Jack advises and represents clients in a wide range of statutory claims, regularly handling matters of substantial complexity for both claimants and respondents.
