Position

Imogen became a tenant of Exchange Chambers in 2024, after completing her pupillage under the supervision of Helen Rutherford. She has built a busy and diverse practice and accepts instructions in personal injury, clinical negligence, inquests and credit hire.

Imogen is very client focused and has experience of dealing with cases from their outset, through to their conclusion at trial. She has built a reputation of being a reliable, hardworking and capable advocate.

She has a busy paperwork practice, advising on matters of liability and quantum, and she prides herself on her quick turnaround of papers. Imogen is also experienced in drafting particulars of claim, defences and schedules of loss.

Imogen has delivered training to Solicitor’s firms on topics of their choice and is always happy to advise solicitors either formally or informally by email or other method.

Imogen is also on the Junior Junior Scheme and has assisted on a range of high value claims, ranging from £100,000 – £1m.
