With a background in both criminal and civil law, Tom has developed a practice in the specialist area of sensitive data breach claims.

Tom is able to provide clear and swift advice and pleadings in relation to all areas of data protection law and the torts of misuse of private information and breach of confidence. Tom can also advise individuals and companies on the implications of a breach of their data by third parties.

Tom likes to play a lot of tennis and attempts to play golf and cricket. When not doing either he enjoys walking in the Lake District.
