Position

Charlie is a busy junior with an excellent reputation. He has a broad commercial practice, and accepts instructions from individuals, businesses and the government across a range of civil matters.

Charlie primarily practices in the areas of commercial litigation and professional negligence.

Charlie’s commercial practice is wide, covering commercial litigation, fraud, product liability, construction disputes, and financial services litigation. He is experienced in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

His professional negligence practice is predominantly multi-track/high value litigation.

Charlie was appointed Junior Counsel to the Crown in 2023 on the Attorney General’s Regional Panel. As such, in addition to his general practice, he regularly advises and represents the major government departments and ministers, including the MOJ and HMRC.

He combines his court work with a busy advisory and drafting practice.

He is a recognised by the legal directories as being a Leading Junior on the North Eastern Circuit.
