Salek undertakes all areas of Chambers criminal work, predominantly within the Crown Court. Salek has a mixed practice, prosecuting and defending in equal measure. In his 2 years of criminal work he has been instructed in a broad range of cases, from driving offences to human trafficking.

Salek has developed a reputation for being a friendly and approachable advocate, with the ability to quickly build rapport with lay clients. He is a dynamic advocate and has gained praise for his persuasive jury speeches.

Salek intends to develop his practice to include regulatory and professional discipline matters.

Prior to joining the Bar, Salek worked as a Parliamentary Aide to a Cabinet Minister and Member of Parliament.
