Benjamin Joseph specialises in shipping, international trade, aviation and insurance disputes. He is regularly instructed as sole counsel against significantly more senior opposition as well as acting as junior counsel in complex and high value disputes in the Commercial Court, in international arbitration (LMAA, LCIA, SIAC and ICC Rules) and in the UAE Courts (ADGM and DIFC).
