As a highly qualified and experienced solicitor with over 10 years experience, Alexei brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team at DMH Stallard. Graduating from Queen Mary University of London with a law degree and qualifying as a solicitor in 2016, Alexei has dedicated his career to advising both corporate and private clients on all aspects of UK Immigration.

With a proven track record of overturning visa refusals and travel bans, Alexei is well-versed in navigating complex and challenging cases.

Alexei also advises corporate clients on sponsorship compliance obligations and right to work checks, providing guidance on best practices for record-keeping and reporting.

As an experienced mentor, Alexei has trained and mentored multiple junior immigration advisors, providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver high-quality immigration advice.

Alexei works across all our office locations but is mainly based in the London office. Work highlights Providing immigration compliance advice to a corporate client during an acquisition of another business. Alexei successfully navigated the client through the complex process of transferring sponsored workers to a new sponsor license. Alexei’s in-depth knowledge and expertise ensures that all clients remain compliant with Home Office requirements throughout the entire process.

Conducted a compliance review for a corporate client in preparation for a Home Office audit. During the review, Alexei identified shortcomings in the client’s internal processes and advised on the necessary changes. Thanks to his guidance, the client was able to pass the audit with ease.
