Career

Adam is uniquely placed to guide corporate clients through the business immigration and labour law aspects of operating in the UK and moving people across borders.

Adam is passionate about making the UK an attractive destination for inward investment and expansion for organisations. He works with management teams and people directors in organisations as a strategic partner, identifying key objectives and then taking the complexity out, implementing the immigration aspects and navigating the employment law requirements.

Utilising contacts and partners across different locations and specialisms, Adam also introduces and co-ordinates expert advice and guidance in key areas associated with international business, including corporate and personal tax, social security and immigration and labour laws in other jurisdictions.

He prides himself on giving support and advice that is outcome focused, commercial, and easy to understand and he has a reputation as an outstanding employment lawyer.

Domestically, Adam supports businesses and senior executives in finding solutions to a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment issues. He is experienced in advising on the employment aspects of complex reorganisations and restructures, including TUPE and collective consultation. Adam is also an advocate in the Employment Tribunals and regularly assists businesses in the defence of employment related claims.

Adam’s clients include: large international organisations (from household-name retailers to charities); non-UK businesses sending skilled workers to the UK to deliver on high-value projects; fast growth SMEs in the technology and media sectors; and senior executives in the financial services sector.
