Greg acts for a wide range of employers across multiple sectors, advising on issues including restructures and change programmes, TUPE advice, trade union law, dismissal and employee relations issues, complex grievances and bullying, harassment and discrimination complaints. Greg has a plethora of experience defending employers in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.

He invests time building strong relationships with senior individuals within organisations, both amongst senior managers and HR and People teams. He will quickly identify areas of risk and provide solutions and recommendations to mitigate that risk.
