Position

Jamie accepts instructions across all of Chambers’ core areas of practice, with a particular interest in professional liability, insurance and reinsurance, construction, environmental law and regulatory work. He acts and advises in professional negligence claims, property damage and product liability matters, inquests, regulatory prosecutions, and personal injury claims involving issues of credibility and fraud. Jamie is a member of the Attorney General’s ‘Junior Junior’ scheme and welcomes instructions from government departments.

Career

Judicial assistant to the Lady Chief Justice, assisting with cases ranging from the reform of alternative dispute resolution to high-profile criminal and public law appeals; tenant at Crown Office Chambers.
