Emily Moore acts in a wide range of civil, commercial and public law matters with a particular focus on cases with an international dimension.

Emily has appeared as sole counsel in the High Court and junior counsel in the Court of Appeal, and has acted in a number of international arbitrations. She is developing her experience in public inquiry work and is currently instructed on both the COVID-19 Inquiry and the Undercover Policing Inquiry.
