Emily joined chambers as a tenant in October 2024, following the successful completion of her pupillage. She accepts instructions in all areas of family law.
Emily is regularly instructed in care proceedings and appears for local authorities, parents, Guardians and Special Guardians. Emily has experience representing clients at all stages of proceedings, including Final Hearings, and has represented clients in the High Court in Deprivation of Liberty applications.
