Lucy has a busy practice across all of Chambers’ main areas, with particular expertise in public inquiries and inquests, clinical negligence, personal injury (including abuse), and public and human rights law. She was recently nominated as a Rising Star at the 2024 Inspirational Women in Law Awards.

Lucy has experience acting in high-value and complex cases both in her own right and led by silks. Lucy has appeared unled in the High Court, the County Court, the Upper Tribunal and the Coroner’s Court, and in planning inquiries, and has been led in cases up to the Court of Appeal.

Lucy is a member of the Attorney General’s C Panel. She has been part of the Government Office for Science’s team on the Covid-19 Inquiry for a number of years.
