Position

Antony White KC is one of the top media law silks in London specialising in privacy and data protection, with particular experience and expertise in online publication cases. In the last two decades he has advised and appeared in many of the leading cases in this area from Naomi Campbell to Lloyd v Google and ZXC v Bloomberg, and has recently acted for Associated Newspapers Ltd in its successful defence of high profile unlawful information gathering claims brought by Prince Harry and others. His tech company clients include Google, Meta, and Bloomberg, and his traditional media clients include most of the major newspaper publishers and broadcasters. He also has a solid international commercial practice in international commercial arbitration and commercial litigation, particularly in cases involving foreign governments and state entities.
