Tesco Stores v Element [2025] EAT 26: EAT decision concerning expert evidence in an equal pay claim involving over 50,000 employees.
Jump Trading v Couture [2023] EWHC 1305: High Court application for interim injunctive relief to enforce a restrictive covenant.
In his education practice, Mark specialises in disability discrimination cases and challenges to school inspection reports. He represented the Respondent in the Upper Tribunal in MM v Royal Borough of Greenwich [2024] UKUT 179.
