Kieran specialises and exclusively accepts instructions in financial remedies (both domestic and international), cases involving financial provision for children, and applications made under TLATA 1996. He is regularly instructed in cases at all stages of proceedings, has appeared against counsel of all levels of seniority (including against silks) , has experience both in court and private dispute resolution, and is often instructed an advisory role.
