A broad-based family law practice spanning family finance, children law, domestic violence and issues of marital status and jurisdiction.  Regularly instructed to represent parties in claims for financial remedies. In the private children sphere, Anton’s staple diet of child arrangements disputes (including leave to remove applications) is supplemented by representing parties in child abduction cases. In the public children sphere, Anton has experience representing local authorities, parents, children/children’s Guardians and other family members in care proceedings, including cases of neglect and non accidental injury.  Particular interests include the legal status of religious marriages.
