Atkin Chambers

Caitlin specialises in domestic and international construction, engineering and infrastructure, energy and natural resources, technology, and general commercial disputes.

Caitlin has experience of domestic and international work at all stages of arbitration, adjudication and litigation. Her work has involved a range of bespoke and standard form contracts including, JCT, NEC, RIBA and FIDIC standard forms, in addition to experience with PFI contracts.

Caitlin graduated from the University of Cambridge with a First-Class law degree and has a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law (Distinction) from University College London. She was awarded the Lord Mansfield Scholarship, Lincoln’s Inn most prestigious award to study for the Bar of England and Wales.
