Position

Harry is a Partner in the firm’s trade marks team. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA). Harry has experience working with a range of clients, from SMEs to multinationals, in relation to trade mark and wider intellectual property (IP) matters around the world.

Career

Harry has over a decade of experience advising clients in a wide range of sectors, including those in the financial services, life sciences, technology and automotive sectors, in relation to clearance, filing and prosecution of trade marks, post-registration matters and third party conflicts, as well as copyright, design protection, domain names and domain name disputes. His Higher Courts Litigation Certificate allows Harry to advise clients on trade mark infringement matters and he regularly assists clients in overcoming disputes relating to the use and registration of trade marks.

Member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) 

Education

Harry has an honours degree in biology from the University of Southampton, following which he obtained a master’s degree in International Intellectual Property Law at Brunel University. Harry qualified as a UK Chartered and European trade mark and design attorney in 2016.
