Position
Charlotte entered the fascinating world of intellectual property in 2005 with a focus on trade marks and designs. She advises on the creation, protection, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights, both in the UK and internationally.
Charlotte acts for a diverse range of clients of all sizes in sectors such as software and finance to fashion, retail and entertainment. She has a particular interest in domain name disputes and overcoming the challenges GDPR has presented to dealing with problem websites.
