Nina Aganimov has substantial experience in advising companies, creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders on a variety of distressed situations and complex corporate reorganisation matters. During her career, she has engaged in numerous insolvency and corporate law related cases and has acted as trustee and administrator in bankruptcies and restructurings. In addition to legal insolvency proceedings, Nina advises both creditors and distressed companies in voluntary restructurings.

During her career, Nina has worked extensively in the areas of corporate and contract law as well as litigation. Her experience covers disputes related to company law, such as unlawful distribution of assets and corporate liability. She has substantial experience in corporate governance issues.

Nina is a frequent lecturer on restructuring and insolvency topics.
