Position

Pernille Sølling ranks among Denmark’s leading attorneys within insurance and pension law.

Pernille is one of DLA Piper Denmark’s partners in charge of its insurance affairs, and she has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and has conducted a considerable number of lawsuits before the Danish courts. She has acted for the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority in several cases with a high success rate.

She acts for leading insurance and pension companies and insurance brokers in Denmark and abroad and provides advice on all aspects of insurance and pension law. Her advice also spans regulatory and contractual matters, disputes relating to coverage, insurance fraud, occupational pensions, financial issues as well as insurance conditions.

Pernille is also an external examiner at the practical litigation test in the assistant-attorney programme and lectures in pension law at Advokaternes HR (a Danish course provider for attorneys).
