Michael Vinther specialises in M&A and Corporate & Commercial. Michael has a wealth of experience and has acted as legal advisor on a vast number of transactions.

Michael acts as a trusted advisor to a large number of enterprises, private equity funds and owner managers relating to the sale and purchase of enterprises and company law. He advises on the structuring of transactions, strategy, conduct of due diligence, mergers and demergers and on the establishment of joint ventures, etc.

Michael is a highly experienced board member, serving as chairman as well as an ordinary member on the boards of directors of numerous Danish companies.
