She also has experience conducting labor due diligence processes in the context of acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and other transactions, analyzing labor, pension, and social security contingencies, and proposing mitigation measures aligned with the objectives of the transaction. She has experience in strategic advisory and litigation in labor disputes related to dismissals, labor rights protection actions, workplace accidents, and occupational diseases, as well as other conflicts arising from employment relationships. She actively participates in proceedings before labor courts and relevant administrative authorities. Her practice includes assisting clients during inspections, administrative proceedings, and complex labor negotiations, as well as evaluating risks associated with potential labor disputes and their impact on corporate and financial decision-making.
At the corporate-labor level, she regularly advises companies on hiring processes, reorganizations, and terminations, drafting and reviewing employment agreements, implementing internal policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing labor contingencies, providing practical solutions aligned with her clients' operational and strategic objectives. Her practice includes the cross-functional analysis of labor-related information in audit and internal review processes, with a focus on early risk detection, as well as advising companies on the implementation of policies and procedures related to the prevention and management of workplace harassment and violence, including legal support in internal investigations and the implementation of corrective action plans.
Her professional practice is characterized by a preventive and strategic approach, focused on anticipating risks, efficiently resolving conflicts, and ensuring the proper resolution of matters, providing clear, timely legal advice tailored to the specific needs of each client, particularly in the context of labor audits, transactional processes, corporate restructurings, and the strengthening of internal compliance standards.
