Constanza Rojas concentrates her practice in corporate and real estate law, with a strong focus on advising investment funds and the structuring of real estate vehicles. She regularly advises clients on real estate transactions, including due diligence processes, title review, and the analysis of urban and sectoral regulations, as well as on corporate matters such as mergers, capital increases, and corporate structuring. In addition, she is actively involved in the drafting and negotiation of commercial and real estate contracts, including lease agreements and supply contracts.
