Paula Chiminelli focuses her practice on dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on civil and commercial litigation, as well as consumer protection matters. She has been involved in the development and implementation of litigation strategies in complex cases, assisting in the representation of both domestic and international companies.

She has also participated in arbitration proceedings, supporting the preparation of submissions, review of case materials, and hearing preparation, which has enabled her to develop experience in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. In addition, she has been involved in negotiation and settlement processes between parties, contributing to the development of solutions for clients.

As part of her practice, she is involved in the handling of civil and commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, preparing evidentiary submissions, and assessing legal contingencies, particularly for clients in the financial and corporate sectors. She also maintains regular communication with clients in connection with the matters she supports and assists in hearing preparation and the coordination of team efforts.
