Rodolfo Leiter focuses his practice on Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and Compliance. His advisory services are aimed at keyplayers in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) industry, covering topics such as information technology, marketplaces, Fintech, andcomprehensive IT outsourcing. This includes negotiating licenses, distribution agreements, e-commerce contracts, and software development contracts, aswell as implementing digital platforms.​

Rodolfo has a particular focus on technology companies, providing legal advice that not only includes the creation and management of contracts but alsoencompasses regulatory compliance in a constantly evolving digital environment. His experience includes advising on the adoption of innovative solutionsthat enable companies to operate efficiently and in compliance with current regulations while maintaining a commercial focus.​

Additionally, he has extensive experience in matters related to Data Protection and Cybersecurity, having completed a secondment in this area in London,advising clients on the implementation of GDPR. This has allowed him to develop robust strategies for the protection and storage of personal data.
