Francisca focuses her practice on compliance and white-collar crime. She has over 15 years of experience advising clients on judicial and criminal matters.​

Francisca has advised domestic and international clients on complex matters related to Law No. 20,393, which establishes the criminal liability of legalentities, the Economic Crimes Law, the creation and implementation of crime prevention models, compliance policies, risk matrices for various companies,training for senior executives on these matters and corporate governance, and evaluations of ongoing crime prevention models. She has also activelyparticipated in talks and training sessions for the boards of large companies on economic crimes and the implementation of crime prevention models.​

She also specializes in complex internal investigations involving fraud, conflicts of interest, and breaches of crime prevention models, among other matters.​

In criminal litigation, Francisca has extensive experience in highly complex investigations, including cybercrime, domestic and international moneylaundering, and violations of anti-corruption laws. Her advice includes preventive measures, analysis, and investigation processes, as well as representationbefore the Public Prosecutor's Office and courts of justice, both as a plaintiff and as a defense attorney.​

In addition, she leads advisory services related to compliance plans in the areas of consumer protection, free competition, and data protection, havingadvised clients from various industries on the development and updating of cybersecurity and cybercrime prevention policies.
