Carl concentrates his practice in the corporate area, advising domestic and foreign companies in matters such as the incorporation, modification, or transformation of their companies; capital increases; and restructuring processes. ​

He also participates in the drafting of shareholders' agreements, board of directors' meetings, and the elaboration of power of attorney structures of various kinds to manage the company for clients in different industries. ​

Additionally, he manages the legal operations of commercial transactions and participates in corporate due diligence processes and mergers and acquisitions.
