Bárbara Galetovic focuses her practice on antitrust and consumer protection, with a particular emphasis on providing strategic advice to companies in thepharmaceutical, retail and consumer goods, technology, and other highly regulated industries.​

In antitrust, Bárbara has extensive experience in the design and implementation of compliance programs and in conducting both internal and externalinvestigations, with a focus on coordinated conduct. She has played an active role in preventive merger control proceedings before the National EconomicProsecutor's Office (FNE), as well as in proceedings before the Competition Tribunal (TDLC). She also provides ongoing advice to clients on the assessmentof unilateral conduct and corporate governance structures, ensuring that their commercial practices comply with competition regulations while aligning witheach company's business strategy and operating model.​

In consumer protection and advertising, Bárbara advises companies on the design and implementation of commercial strategies aimed at business growthwithin the applicable legal framework. Her practice includes the development and implementation of internal protocols, the alignment of business practiceswith the Consumer Protection Act, the implementation of Compliance Programs, and advising on marketing and advertising strategies. She works closelywith companies in managing consumer complaints before the National Consumer Service (SERNAC) and represents clients in judicial and administrativeproceedings, including matters before the Advertising Self‑Regulation and Ethics Council (CONAR).
