Fernando Ponce focuses his practice on dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on civil and commercial litigation, as well as consumer protectionmatters. ​

He has experience in handling complex civil, commercial, and arbitration proceedings, actively participating in the design and implementation of litigationstrategies for both domestic and international clients across sectors such as construction, mining, energy, and consumer goods. ​

Fernando has played an active role in case management, working closely on the development of legal arguments, assessment of procedural risks, andcoordination of legal teams, developing a strategic and results-oriented approach throughout the various stages of litigation.
