Associate

Agustín is an associate in the Tax Department.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, he served as a judicial clerk at the Superior Court of Justice of the Province of Córdoba, where he focused on regulatory, tax, municipal, environmental, healthcare, and social security matters.

Throughout his career, his practice has been primarily focused on public law, with particular emphasis on local government and federalism in Argentina. In this regard, he served as a teaching assistant in the Provincial and Municipal Public Law and Tax Law courses at the School of Law of the National University of Córdoba. He also coordinated the Case Law Committee of the Institute of Financial and Tax Law at the same university.

In addition, he regularly publishes academic articles in peer-reviewed journals on public law, tax law, and related topics.
