María Eugenia is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience advising local and international companies on complex commercial matters and transactions.

Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate law. Throughout her career, she has been involved in regional and cross-border transactions, advising on multi-jurisdictional deals and coordinating legal processes related to strategic business transactions.

Admitted to practice law in both Argentina and the State of New York, María Eugenia also holds advanced postgraduate academic credentials from leading institutions. Prior to joining DLA Piper, she built her career at multinational companies and top-tier law firms in Argentina and internationally, advising on transactions across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States.
