Eugenio Rattagan focuses his practice on Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions. He began his professional career during his law studies, working at two leading law firms in Buenos Aires and later at an ag-tech company, where he gained experience in corporate law and multilateral financing matters.
Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in high-impact transactions and financing rounds. Notably, he participated in ZoomAgri’s Series A funding round, in which the company raised USD 6 million. He also took part in the negotiations through which BID Lab (Inter-American Development Bank) granted a loan to ZoomAgri in 2024.

His responsibilities included drafting and negotiating contracts, handling labor, social security, financial, and corporate matters, as well as drafting ESG and compliance policies and managing communications with shareholders and reporting obligations.
His experience also includes work in civil and commercial litigation, as well as corporate and regulatory law, developed at two other leading law firms in Buenos Aires.
Eugenio earned his law degree with a specialization in Business Law from the University of Buenos Aires in 2024. He is admitted to practice law in Argentina and is fluent in Spanish and English.
